As the title says. Cause some people say they've given me reputation so i can make a server ad.
However,if i look at my reputation it still says 0.
Can someone please explain this to me?

People under 50 posts cannot give reputation points. In other words, open the "User CP" from the left upward corner and scroll down and you'll find the reputation points, the one coloured with green is the point you receive but the one that isn't coloured (grey coloured) is the one who cannot give you (His post count is under 50)
