Hello!
Anyone knows any mod for San andreas to let people create own San andreas with Pawn language?
Like making your own missions, cutscenes and delete all original missions from san andreas.

With pawn, you can do whatever you mentioned above. And in Multiplayer, there are no original missions.

Yeah, but I want to make it in san andreas. I want to be able to use custom skins, cars and publish it to others to play without server control. Just install and play

Huh? You can add vehicles, NPCs, objects to SA-MP with the help of PAWN. I guess you're new here.

Yeah, but if you want to make it available for everyone, you have to teach everyone how to start server and else. I want to make a modification for san andreas to make some missions, cutscenes, make different game from san andreas...
