You notice if they keep using the same version SA-MP? Or maybe he did banned some IP conflict with yours.

Yes, they're using 0.3e as well as me... IP conflict? I don't think so... I was just newbie there and I got a message Server Closed the Connection and after 1 minute server got DDoS'ed.

If you can't connect to server, disable your firewall and see if it works. If it does you must set up your firewall properly.It could also be that you have an old version of SA-MP, download the latest version from the SA-MP download page.

If others can play it then you should probably create a thread about it on that server's official forum.

The server administration probably blocked an IP range as a result of the attack and you fall under that range. Post on their forums and I'm sure they'll create an exception to allow you to play.

Maybe the attacks came from your IP range so you are also banned because of this.
Try to get in touch with the admins of this server on their forums and ask if they know more about a posible ban.
(( and that's the only server that doesn't work.
