Is it possible to get key combination of CTRL + 9 ? because there is a crasher which uses that key combination but i want to disable usage of CTRL + 9 . (not NUM 9).

Only the keys provided at those can be detected. And also you can't just detect CTRL+9 because it won't do anything if those aren't any SAMP game key configs for the player. Could be possible with plugins, I think.
