Well.. Of course there is an MySQL Error. You might want to post some information about your MySQL such as MySQL Logs.

Under OnGameModeInit add

Mysql_Debug(1);

Then start the game mode, letting the log create and add the MySQL Debug log fill into the file. Take the session and post it in here.
