I have port forward open and un canyouseeme says is open and in youget signal.
BUT MY FRIENDS STILL CANT LOGIN

Do you mean see the server, connect to the server or as you said, login to the server?

make sure the protocols are both UDP and you give them your ip from www.whatsmyip.com along with your server's port, hope this helps

my internet protocol is TCP/IP and at my router I selected All( UDP and TCP)

Be sure you portforwarded

- then open your server

- finally go to http://www.whatsmyip.org/

- then give that ip to your friends so they can also enter and done!

- if any case you wanna check your connection or wanna test if your server is online go to http://www.typefish.co.uk/

Have you tried some SA-MP monitor, such as http://monitor.sacnr.com? Monitor should tell you, is your server reach able.
