From time to time the moderators delete things, it is impossible to know since they never report back to the original poster. Make sure that you followed all the rules and that the tutorial had a topic which hasn't been discussed before.

Your tutorial didn't follow the rules, and/or it was crap. Like the others have said above. That's pretty much the same answer you're going to get from all of us.
