Hello, I have a question. You know patriot (vehicle) has somekind roof in back and sometimes It doesn't have, so is it possible to do that It always would be without that roof?

No, that isn't possible as the Patriot is a single object vehicle, it wouldn't be able to take off parts of it. Rockstar Games made it that way.
The roof off and on is totally random as you are entering an interior and exiting it, the roof changes for everyone.
