how havent got pawno on my computer

thats the problem, When i first started and clicked on a pwn. file it came that i was gonna choose what program to open it with

Do open with/browse/Pawno Application

Click "browse" and go to the folder "pawno" in your SA-MP server files, then choose the one that does not end in cc.exe.

fak this computah, does all laptops suck? when i press ALT on samp and drive away fast it doesnt stop just keep driving and i cant press esc or any button, and when i gonna download things through Vuze the computer stops.
