I've seen it on another server. What it basically is is when you drive a Sanchez for example, a fire trail gets created behind you (and removed eventually) when you're driving at a certain speed.
How is it possible?

Easy!
you have to add object. also it works like..
You have to set a Limited speed.
When bike pass that speed. for that bike id have to add a Object.

(there are some Fire Objects you can see withyour self) if need replay here i can repost....

AttachObjectToVehicle. Not sure if it keeps the fire on the ground, though.
