Dont know what is this happening with my server but whenever a banned player tries to log into my server it crashse DDos.I banned a player and whenever he tries to log in.The server just crashes.

Is this local, or public IP: 192.168.1.3? Try to join the game and type same commands as "Bounty" and see, if something happens with these commands. Is there any NPC's that are connecting to your server, because this IP looks like local?
