No, I meant do you still get "Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)" in your server_log ? If you still do, then you need to download that lib file and place it into /usr/lib/ folder of your VPS/dedicated machine. If you can't, ask your hosting provider to do that for you.
