I think that admins particularly on RP servers are forced more toward a certain organisation for example, the Police Department.

I think they should be more spread out to create variety. Do you agree?

I disagree. I don't know where you play, but in most servers there is administrator in almost every faction.

Usually my administration team are suppose to look after the player(s) and other administrators. They do take-part of Community Events and look after Factions and Families. They look after everyone and try to make the best out of the server.
