That connections aren't bots is all players from server that are trying to reconnect ... i don't know why they do this

On sa-mp list show me that i have 35/70 players but no players are on the server Server is blocked .. i mean nothing happend on it... no one can join

The server is frozen. Download the crashdetect plugin and detect where is the actual problem.

That plugin is enabled Nothing in console! I have no error!

No, it's not DDoS, or errors which can be detectable with crashdetect, from days in days I have this problem too, I don't know why, a simple restart solve all for some days. Sometimes happen, sometimes not.

Those IPs are players which try to connect, at them it appear "Connection successfull" (or something like this) and nothing more, no "Connected to...".

Also, this happened at a friend's server too.
