This kind of error (7FBO7) normally occurs when you have car mods etc.
Uninstall any car mods you have, and make sure that all objects you are creating are valid models.

I dont think that mods are causing those.
Even mod free can also cause these same errors.
I've experienced such thing even though my game was mod free and when I installed Microsoft.Net framework,it was solved.

Try installing Microsoft.net framework.

This is caused by invalid vehicle mods (not skin modifications), but mods like tunings etc.

The players crash, not the server.
