When I turn on the "samp server" that's run the samp , But there's a bug , Like when I see the server , The gamemode is "unkown" and when I enter that's just falling from the sky and dont do nothing...

simple open you server.cfg and put your gm name like
gamemode0 SCRIPT and save hope it will work

Also your rcon pass needs to be changed here.
Change it from default Rcon pass used.
