Guys i made up a server sometime back,now i want the server to be 24/7 open.So i decided to buy a host from hostingtime.de .But before buying it,i wanna ask,
1)What r the files i need to send to the hoster
2)If i want to make some changes after i send files to hoster,what to do then??

I assume that you rent a host, you will get FTP access most likely, use a FTP client to drop all the files in the correct folder and start the server

question number 1:
open your server.cfg and upload the plugins listed in it, usually streamer and Sscanf and more
upload the gamemode you want to use, and the filterscripts too.
if a NPC is used upload it too.

question number 2:
ofcourse when you upload your scripts you will still have them on your PC, you can simply edit them and re-upload them again later....
