I get this error my .NET version 4.0 and sa-mp client 0.3e.OS:WIN 7 32-bit.I have included audio.dll in my sever.cfg file too.But still I get this error.

I also get the MSVR100.dll failed to load error.Please help me !!!

Finally Fixed it on my own.

All I did was downloaded "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)" and installed it.It works fine now.
