Okay I know how to use this and I've replaced Sounds before perfectly but now when I try to open the program it says that it Failed to Load Configuration File. Configuration File couldn't be found-or isn't accessible. Please Help.

is configuration.ini in the Alcis folder(i attached mine)?
Is all files in the same folder?
GTA SA Directory and Working Directory(CTRL+G) are defined?
These are the common things can give errors i know.
