Where can I get npc_record filescript? Cuz when I wrote "/rcon loadfs npc_record" i get a message "loading failed (or smth like that)".

check if there's a npc_record.amx (not the pwn) in the filterscripts folder.
There should be the .pwn and .amx by default.

if you (for some reason, unknown to us) don't have them,
get them here
