Was the name of this board always "Scripting Help"?

No. It was Scripting Discussion as far as I know. But now, for discussion, rather than the more simple questions, there's the Discussion board explicitly. I believe they're doing some sort of a reorganizing for the boards or have already done, because the Includes subforum is new as well.
