Hi,

Is Liberty City already in the game, somewhere that is hidden?

The floor to co-ordinates that is on this forum, you either fall through air, on through the floor, but when you go there to do a mission, you see people walking, and cars.... Does this mean it's already in the game somewhere, just hidden? If so, please tell me how to get there.
