If anyone could make me a small code or help me create a small code to add switch/cutter rims to any vehicle in-game just like they used to do in NGRP. Would it have something to do with AddVehicleComponent? Please help me out.

I think that is not possible, but you can always use the AttachObjectToVehicle. Not sure if it will look nice.

It's not possible to change your wheels? What are you talking about? Have you ever seen a modshop..?
