I am really tired to set this up.
my server is not coming online when i start in, i am using volt.
It is loading till filterscripts. here is the server log

well this depends.. are you doing this on your local computer or host? could just be a firewall issue.

altho your it says "Loaded 0 filter scripts. ". but it depends if you have any filterscripts.
