Can Anyone make a Simple Login and Register and Admin System for My Server ?

6.Saving Player Password ( Dont use Hash or other tool )

1. 5 Levels, 1st Junior Moderator , 2nd Moderator, 3rd Administrator, 4th Head Administrator and 5th Owner.
2. Add Same cmds for Level 1 to Level 3

All: setallscore, setallcash, giveallcash, giveallweapon, clearallchat, healall, disablechat
Player: ubound, duel, akill, aka, caps,(un)freeze, kick, explode,(un)jail, force, eject, (s)removecash
Vehicle: car, carhealth, carcolour, destroycar, vget, givecar
Tele: teleplayer, gethere, get, move, moveplayer

Level 4: Administrator

+ Level 1,2 and 3 commands.
All: spawnall, muteall, unmuteall, getall, killall, freezeall, unfreezeall
All: kickall, slapalll, explodeall, disarmall, ejectall
Player: cage, ban, rban, tempban, settemplevel, crash
Adm: ctele, lockserver, enable, disable, spam, god, godcar, botcheck, forbidname, forbidword, fakedeath
Other: uconfig, die, hide, unhide

Level 5: Master Administrator

+ Level 1,2,3 and 4 commands.
+ Level 5 is Immune for all commands
Player: setlevel, fakechat, fakedeath, fakecmd
Adm: god, sgod, console
Other: pickup, object, respawncars
Rcon: lrcon (Only Rcon Admins) (Use: /rcon lrcon)

NOTE:I dont Need Any it in any Plugin ! Use Includes If you want to ! and Please Make a Folder for ScriptFiles

Easiest and most efficient Registration/Login system available has to be YSI/y_ini...
Find the include, find a tutorial, you're done, glad to help, it's so easy if you follow these 2 steps.

You could use Lux Admin system, which has almost all the commands you ask for, and it also saves account, kills, scores, and others
