I agree Wouldt anyone Like to create An RP Drug Mats Delivery Points for our RP server , Poeple can only Do drug Delivery With Trucks And they need a Hanger , Wouldt be nice if anyone create it for ous

I am not sure if I understood the question right, but:

1. create a starting checkpoint
2. when the player is in the checkpoint, allow him to start the mission
3. set a new checkpoint to the delivery position
4. when the player enters the new checkpoint, create new checkpoint at the starting point
5. when the player enters the starting point again, he gets the materials

The question Is wouldt someone like to create an Trucker drugs/Material Job , You will have to drive to SF to Buy illegal Drugs and materials And u can sell them To Illegal Bussines In LS again , Cops wouldt Try to catch you Hope u understand now
