Probably an invalid object somewhere in that area. Try to check if the object ids you use are all valid.

I can also confirm this. I sometimes lag (1-3 FPS) in that area and rarely crash (only one or twice ever).

cuz its reaching the pos 0.000,0.000,0.000 ?
maybe it gives very much lag to people, and for people who has less good specs than others, may crash there.
