Try finding the latest update for the streamer plugin. Here:

If this fails then I can't help you any further.

i have installed the latest plugins and still the same error.... it runs fine on my pc but when i put the files on my server it gives me that error

Hmm. Make sure if it's Linux servers to download the .so plugin.

What's your #include for it?
