Hello. I've seen some maps that somebody can remove those '' native buildings '' What am I trying to tell... err, I am speaking about the native buildings which I can't edit and move them on MTA map editor.

Somebody uses, '' RemoveBuildingForPLayer '' But I don't know how to get those native buildings' coordinates? How can you get it? Please help me. Thank you.

GTA:SA Map Editor
Use this tool - You simply click the building you want to remove, then select 'Delete' at the top.
Once you hit ShowCode it'll Generate the code for you with the function to remove it.
I use it for mapping as-well, and I must say it really is a great tool.

Well, i use sa map editor not mta editor and if u click on the building and hit delete it will make the code for you

I've downloaded that program. I click to building and I push to Delete button and click to '' Show Code '' but it shows no codes. Why?

It's not listed anywhere? It should be listed in the second box that shows.
Make sure the actual building is delete from the map as-well.
