CreateDynamicObject Loading Slow... on my server,is there any better Object Streamer/Create Like CreateObject ?

Streamer is the best you can currently find, acts accordingly depending on the number of objects, players and distance between them would say.
I read somewhere that Xstreamer was better in the term you are looking for, but to my knowledge is outdated.
