All Plugins are in and isnt working help!!!

Since all plugins load correctly, you are most likely using an outdated version of a plugin whereas the .inc file of a plugin might be new! Or you might just be loading one plugin less than necessary.

Use the nativechecker plugin by Wyu to determine which plugin/native is the source of the problem.
