I tought that maybe we could get a group of good programmers to make the GTA San andreas for ps3 with sa-mp and play online with people on PC and PS3. Since the game is already made for PS2 it could be made out of that and use the PS3 controller to play and have a usb keyboard to chat command and other. This would also solve the problems with people who lag.

You can install windows 7 on a PS3 (however ubuntu is easier to install).

It is not possible, for one, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is closed source and secondly you would need the API for the Playstation 3 which isn't handed out to just anyone and in fact probably costs a lot of money. Not to mention the fact that you cannot republish work done by someone else without their explicit permission, which Rockstar Games aren't going to give.
Furthermore, SA-MP is designed with libraries on Windows, many of which are not going to be available on the PS3. I would also find it hard to believe that even if you got permission for all of the above, that they would ever allow you to create another application that hooks into San Andreas on the PS3.
Sorry, but it cannot possibly happen.

256mb of ram can support games such as Battlefield 3 and Dead Island? Meh, I own a PS3 and don't know what's in it D:
