I don't know about you all but it's been pretty amazing the ever changing developing I've seen over the years of the roleplay world.
What's been the biggest change you've seen back a few years to now?

I started RP on SA:MP I think early 2010 or Late 2009, before that I never played SA:MP RP, or I might have but not serious servers. I don't remember any change to be honest, except I used to be more intrigued I think. Although, I look at old 2007 RP, and it's developed. Almost like *******, the accepted quality of ******* videos, quality in picture and the performance/rating of the video is high now, back in 2007 when I joined, everyone had horrible quality videos, not a lot of good editing, etc. The accepted level of quality was low, and I think people expect dudes to RP better now as well.

FC-RP was mine then I released and people started claiming it was theirs and bla bla bla problems.

I think, since NGRP became "popular" there is no chance of young Roleplay servers succeeding. That's why people are stealing use-to-be-popular servers that were successful, that which had players..so they can get a good player base. And all they do is try to customize it the best they can to make it look different & better.

I can confirm this is pure falsehood. The key to success is:
- Originality in script. - Excellent, clean, and very but very brilliant staff team and community structure. - Patience; much patience. I know this since I used to run a server called LSL-RP and with patience we reached 40 players, it's not like SA:MP is a monopoly where the big ones let the micro servers die. |
