Does anyone know if it's possible to attach an audio stream to a vehicle?
if yes, could you please make a example stock function or something?

Try looking for the Dynamic Radio function.

If you mean to hear it when near the vehicle, then I don't know.

Not too long ago I wrote and released an include featuring attaching stream to objects, perhaps you can edit it a little so it fits your needs.

Well i dont know if this is what you want but this is a radio script i mad a while back that only works in cars. PasteBin
Just install it as a filterscript and change the server name on the 6 line and load it then do /radio in a vehicle.
