its not possible to do, unless your willing to buy a host.

Buy a server mostly i recommend,

VoltHost: http://www.volt-host.com

Although you can leave your PC on 24/7 not the brightest idea but you still need few PC specs to run a pretty decent server and a very good connection.

@off, you've done a mistake on your post, it's "your pc", and not "you're pc".

You could even host in a VPS which costs 3.5 $.if you cant afford a gameserver.
