Together with a few other people I'm going to work on a script, and we like to be able to edit it at any time being (1 person at a time).

We also like to make a list of revisions, I know some roleplay communities use a certain website for this but I forgot which one this is, I hope anyone can help me with this.

Well.. most Repos will do it for free for you but everyone has access. - Public access

I recently bought webhosting ( Cpanel ) and it has SVN with it witch is what i use.

but as for free repo's? im not sure there.

you could host the files on your localhost. but that will require your computer online 24/7.
