I don't edited something, i don't opened this file ... i don't have a idea what happened with this, all bizz was moved to map center

That what I marked fat, are the coordinates, the coordinates are set like that, so that means that the middle of the map are these coordinates, you should change them..

i changed but when i start the server automatically resets these coordinates.

Then I think that theres another mistake in the script with the business.. We will have to wait till somebody answers whos smarter than me xD
