Bleeding system

Hey.

I'm wondering if there is a smart way, where I could add a bleeding system to my server project. I've been thinking, and there must be some way to create a system that keeps checking if a players HP gets below 20, and at that point it applies "crackdeath" animation, and sets a timer to - his/her health every certain seconds. I'm not really sure about how It should be created, so any tips would be appreciated. Also, I'm thinking - would there be a way to prevent them from getting out of the animation? I suppose you could use toggleplayercontrollable, but then people wouldn't be able to damage him any further, would they?

Also, I wanted to make sure if medics /heal then when his HP gets above 20, the timer will stop. How would all of this work out?
