As you can see, my signature doesn't appear completely. Half of it isn't visible, but it's there, because I use the inspect element feature in chrome, and I saw that the HTML codes for it are there. How can I fix it, please answer.

Let me explain:
You are using a signature, the signature text only counts, so the [IMG]http://sa-mp.com/img.png["/IMG] for example counts, but the image of the signature doesn't counts for example, this means that you are using text + image, it isn't too much, but the size is.
It is a little bit hard to explain, i hope you understand.
