hey guys.. i found on these forums a neon filterscript but sadly they do not glow... i mean that unless the weather is like 44 or some other crap and they still not the same colour....

The weather has nothing to do with the neons. Neons are able to be shown only on night and is the script has another colours?

ye but even when i type it at daytime its like where it says blue ,red , yellow , pink they are all yellow...? please someone look at the code and see
