I have already port forward but it still cant go on the internet list.

make sure you forward the same port in server.cfg, and visit http://www.portforward.com to make sure you forwarded port right

Also check software firewalls (e.g. the windows firewall) if the ports are forwarded correctly with Chris White's link.
Sometimes they just block the connection without any notification, so you need to add an exception or shut them down for testing.
