No Clue brother! I used that FS With my server and The dialog's never game me anything ,So never ever used it again!

PlayAudioStreamForPlayer is the Function used! Get more for SAMP Wiki about this function.
If you want to use for everyone , Loop it. Use the for loop to do the task. Try to make your code's and Simple stuff. So that you can learn programming,a suggestion from my side.
