maybe someone typed some cmd? I typed 1time /myskin 300 and it crashed all players. You crashed only 1 time?

I think this is not solution.

You should delete all updates you make before the server start to crash. Also you can install crash detect plugin. I had problem with random restarts to, I found that endless loop cause it. In most cases crashes are caused by timers, infinite loops, cmds and strings. for more wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Debugging
