I am getting these errors on starting the server
Script[gamemodes/CW.amx]: Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"

R u using windows or linux? Also did you put the plugins in the 'plugins' folder?

Maybe you are missing sscanf? Can you show us your includes?

I think that the problem is in gamemode name, try to rename in this CW1 and not this CW 1, without spaces. It happend to me once. Also could be function from 0.3c in your script that has been removed in 0.3d.
