There are currently no free hosting projects. SA:MP hosting is so cheap nowadays, you should purchase one.

You can buy a linux vps for like $5 a month.

I known free VPS 400mhz 256ram only for samp server other is on own danger

But must send sms for cca 2$ for activation but sms is supported only for czech and slovaks.If you some friend on this states
