I think that it is but some thing makes it show ontop of the users screen when the post how can i make it show on the right hand side of the post?

Okay, Well firstly on forum.sa-mp.com as you post a new thread you will notice that you have your post bar on the right hand side, on my forums i have it on the top of the post, i really don't like this style, so i am looking to find out how i would change the format so the bar shows on the right hand side.
