I am playing this server 6 mounts already

I had some of this lags before but some how it was fixed no idea how,

Now i am having those lags again , So ill describe it

There is a turf system , after i move from turf to another it takes 5-10 (or sometimes never) seconds to change
Also I type on chat and it only appears after 5-10 seconds (or sometimes again never).
I cannot see people and objects after 5 min playing only the people and the objects that I saw on my spawn already , Alright you got my point guys , Anyways my Ping is fine , my machine (PC) is fine too it runs all smooth with no FPS drops .

Please help me fixing this lags

Nope nothing was added, And also Other people doesn't get this lags only I do

Can be your connection yes. Not much changed and somehow you are getting lagg. You are sure that you are virus clean?

5mb ,And My Internet Connection seems to be working very well with other servers ,I Just finished a virus scan And attempt to login from total new PC But with the some Internet, Still having the same problem , Any other help please?
