My Info
-I have version GTA SA 1.00 and SAMP 3c.
-It does work in single player i play a lot.
-I have made sure my firewall and antivirus have exceptions made.
-I have port forwarded through my modem a Actiontek pk5000 for port 7777.
-I have given administration permissions to Samp.exe.
-I have tried the compatibility windows me/98, XP and 2000.
-I've even tried UAC.
-I'm on vista.
-Don't know if it helps but game run awesomely perfect.
-I have no mods.

Details
-ping is always 9999.
-always retrieving info.
-when i manually enter IP for server and enter the game it states "server did not respond" for all servers I try.

I love SAMP and really want to play if somebody could help that would be really awesome.

I dont know if this will help at all but i have a couple of other games that wont work online
if this might help pinpoint the problem

Diablo 2 LOD Battle.net wont let me connect open wont let me connect

Aeria's DoMo or Dream of Mirror wont connect amd Nex vindicus wont either
every now and again some games just wont let me connect and i dont get what it is
