Okay so i found a post with a download for every SAMP/GTA:SA skin in it, but there not doing any actions or anything, there just standing there mindlessly, im trying to get good with photoshop and make signatures etc...

But can someone give me a link to somewhere i can download or look at SA:MP Skin/Characters doing actions like here are a few examples of what i mean:

You need a 3D modeler for that, zModeler is what most people use if I'm not mistaken.

You need a lot more than photoshop to achieve that, I'm pretty sure there's no place to find gta characters moving with blank background. But I wouldn't recommend you those GIF signatures, they usually are big in size, yet shitty quality, sometimes you can't even make them transparent correctly. Only picture I've ever seen with GTA characters in action was Commander shepard and garrus dancing gangnam style, which I actually made lol.

Oh I misread his question, I thought he was asking for animated characters... In this case, you can install 3Ds max, download the plugin to import skins, which is KAMS if i'm not mistaking, and then, you'll have to watch few tutorials on how they import and animate them. Not too hard, it's not easy to find original gta sa characters, but a lot of skin makers usually pose them for cover, so you can visit some forums where people release their skins, and just download and cut them out, but that is if you want models which are made by other people.

You Must Have 3DS Max Or Photoshop For The Basic Signatures

You would need 3Ds Max, os just take a SS of your skin and crop it on PS CS6 using lasso tool
