Does anyone know how to make a cooldown for a certain command ?if you do i could really use your help.

What do you mean by a cooldown?
There is no way to control the air temperature, unless you made a script for that...

A timer , umm .. for an example , you'll be able to use a certain command every certain seconds .. to prevent spamming and such ..

Well, when you download the default server package there is a file called "baseaf" in the filterscripts directory - it contains what you want.
